How much time does it take to see both camps (Auschwitz & Birkenau)?

Average time of visit both camps is about 3 hours. Visiting Auschwitz takes about 2 hours and Birkenau 1,5 hour.

How much time take us the way to Auschwitz?

Distance from Krakow to Auschwitz is 65 km (40miles). Usually way to Auschwitz takes you about one hour.

Do we have to pay to see both camps?

If you wish to visit Auschwitz by yourselves (without a guide) you have to leave Krakow at 6:30am, then the entry is free. You will join to the English guided tour. It is included in the price.

Private transport (tours), car, minivan or bus is only for you.
